NEVZA 2022 General Assembly in Arnhem, Netherlands

Almost 200 of FIVB:s 222 nations were gathered in Arnhem and surrounding cities, together with all the teams ready to participate in the Women’s World Championships in late September 2022. After the CEV General Assembly in the morning, NEVZA General Assembly took place in the afternoon. All countries except Greenland was represented in place.

During the session, the annual report for the CEV and FIVB was acknowledged, together with the activity plan and budget for the coming year. The meeting, chaired by NEVZA President and CEV Board of Administration member Lennart Neovius together with General Secretary Jussi Jokinen, investigated the projects discussed on the Technical Meeting at Faroe Islands in April this year.

The meeting was honoured by the presence of CEV officials. Eric Adler and Emma Labrador from the Board of Administration, Özkan Mutlugil, Zonal Development Working Group and Thorsten Endres, General Secretary.

The activities for the three official sports, volleyball, beach and snow volleyball were discussed.
